Girne ‘Classic Bicycles of Cyprus’ exhibition and book launch

The presentation of the book titled ‘A Long Time on Two Wheels’ written by Dr. Kenan Arifoğlu and the ‘Classic Bicycles of Cyprus’ exhibition met with art lovers in Girne.

The opening cocktail and book launch of the exhibition, which will come to life between 18th and 28th November, took place on November 18th at 19:00 pm at the Girne Municipality New Service Building Exhibition Hall.

The opening of the exhibition was attended by the Mayor of Girne Murat Şenkul, Advisor to the Mayor of the Municipality of Girne Mustafa İlgen and classic bicycle enthusiasts.

The book, which conveys the process of collecting the old bicycles of Cyprus, which started as a passion of Dr Kenan Airfoğlu, It also conveys the history of bicycles to the readers.

According to the information given by the Girne  Municipality, it was noted that the exhibition, which will be open for 10 days, can be visited free of charge during working hours.
